We’re very lucky here in Melbourne - it’s such a special place mixed with difference influences around the world, This love affair with sweets is no different and mirrors the city's multicultural roots, innovative spirit, and dedication to quality ingredients.

We even had our own take on the lamington on our menu at one stage - perhaps we should reintroduce this as it was a very popular flavour with customers still asking for this!

Italian gelato, Greek baklava, and French pastries began to appear in the city's burgeoning bakeries and patisseries.
