As we step into 2025, we at Drizzl’d want to take a moment to reflect on the past year and share our excitement for what’s ahead. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but with the unwavering support of our team and customers, we’ve made it through stronger and more determined than ever.

2024 was a year filled with both challenges and achievements. Despite the economic difficulties that affected consumer spending, we adapted our model to suit the changing landscape and emerged on the other side. We’re especially proud to share that our staff retention rate was 100%—a testament to the dedication and passion of our team. On top of that, we handled nearly 100 franchise enquiries, showcasing the growing interest in joining the Drizzl’d family.
Listening to our customers and staff has always been a priority, and in 2024, we worked hard to incorporate their feedback into the creation of our new menu. The menu is now in its final stages, and we can’t wait to share it with you soon. These highlights remind us of the power of resilience and community in building a successful business.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re planning for a big year. We’re excited to change the way we approach our marketing by involving our customers more than ever. The new menu will soon go to trial, and we’re eager to see how it’s received. While our expansion plans are still under wraps, we’re committed to continuing our support for local schools and communities—something we take great pride in.
